The breakfast had lots of german dishes to try. The staff was friendly and also accommodating . The location was adjacent to the square and very good for walking. I could walk to markets from the hotel.
I found beds that were not comfortable. I had to call the front desk so the air conditioner would work well. There was no help with luggage on the fifth floor for me.

The location was perfect! It was close to Marienplatz and other attractions. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was great with many options. It set me up well for the day.
The room I had was quite small. This made it a bit difficult to move around comfortably with my luggage. There also was no coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was certainly fantastic, being near tourist spots and a busy area. I always felt secure as a solo traveler. The staff was so helpful and courteous. It was easy to reach from the train station, and the neighborhood was quite walkable.
