german dishes friendly staff convenient location uncomfortable beds poor air conditioning limited elevator
The breakfast had lots of german dishes to try. The staff was friendly and also accommodating . The location was adjacent to the square and very good for walking. I could walk to markets from the hotel.
I found beds that were not comfortable. I had to call the front desk so the air conditioner would work well. The elevator only goes to the fourth floor. There was no help with luggage on the fifth floor for me.

Excellent City Center Stay
helpful staff modern bathroom large breakfast room many attractions
I found the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room featured a beautiful modern bathroom that I definitely appreciated. The breakfast room was large, and I enjoyed the German fare provided. The location is close to many attractions making it very accessible.
The elevator only goes to the 4th floor therefore you must walk up the stairs if on the 5th floor.

The staff offered excellent assistance with directions and recommendations regarding local attractions and dining. They were always available and were very efficient plus helpful with all requests. Their customer service was certainly a highlight.

The hotel is near the central square that provides an easy access to restaurants and shops. Proximity to the rail connections was an extra benefit and allowed me to explore the wider area. I enjoyed this central position.

perfect location helpful staff many options
The location was perfect! It was close to Marienplatz and other attractions. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was great with many options. It set me up well for the day.
The room I had was quite small. This made it a bit difficult to move around comfortably with my luggage. There also was no coffee making facilities in the room.

warm greeting hearty breakfast central location city bustle
the location shines so brightly. i walked to every place i wanted to see. the staff greeted me warmly, even remembered my name. breakfast reminded me of a feast, and i tasted so many treats. the hotel reminded me of a haven, a world away from the bustle.
the elevator seemed a little small. it's true, i did have to wait a bit.

central getaway
great location helpful staff
The location was certainly fantastic, being near tourist spots and a busy area. I always felt secure as a solo traveler. The staff was so helpful and courteous. It was easy to reach from the train station, and the neighborhood was quite walkable.
the room, while clean, felt somewhat tiny. There also wasn't a public restroom available . I hope there can be improvements.

the hotel has an AMAZING location near Marienplatz and the central street. I walked to many key attractions EASILY, and the subway station was also close. This made exploring so convenient. I walked almost everywhere!
